Remote work - keyboard
I have actually traveled with a full size keyboard due to some significant carpal tunnel issues on both wrists. I’ve had surgery on one hand, but not the other. My other has some additional issues due to a plate a screws from a car accident, so I just try and live with it. Now, while a full-size keyboard is comfortable, it IS NOT practical and barely fit in my carryon. Needless to say, I hunted for a different option.
What I found (they only have pink now):
The Nulea RT06 Business Series Leather Bluetooth Keyboard is foldable and rechargable! And has a bit of an ergonomic layout providing a more comfortable typing experience. It also connects via no dongle Bluetooth - so saves yet another port! The only downside is that I prefer to type on a bit of an angle with a wrist pad…while I’ve got a separate wrist pad, this keyboard is so thin the angle is off. I haven’t REALLY been that bothered to test out other options, so it has been my go-to for over a year now. The one thing it lacks is a number pad - I’m a scientist and using the 10 numbers across the top of the keyboard are a no go when I’m really doing some data entry.
So I found this:
The Macally Bluetooth Number Pad for Laptop is wonderful - again Bluetooth and no dongle! With 35 keys, this slim, rechargeable wireless numpad is compatible with Mac, MacBook, iPad, PC Desktop, and Windows.
